Bio:
I’m a sophomore from the eastern hills of Ohio majoring in economics and international studies. I joined Delta Chi as a freshman in the spring after rushing on a whim. I visited a lot of fraternities, but the men of Delta Chi were by far the most honest, modest, and down-to-earth people that I met. Their good humor and sensibility grew on me, and after some contemplation I dropped my bid. I’ve come to love them more with each passing day and shared experience. I was recently elected President to serve a term until April 2009, and I’m proud to have the opportunity to help my brothers grow and expand the fraternity.
Outside of Delta Chi, I volunteer with a philanthropic organization, National Student Partnerships, that helps underprivileged locals find jobs, get access to government benefits, and connect with other area non-profits. I enjoy spending summertime weekends in Sandusky, OH, putting around on Lake Erie and riding the coasters at Cedar Point. I’m also an avid college football fan, cheering for the Cats every chance I get. And I admittedly still have a soft spot for my hometown Buckeyes and love to root for them when they’re not in Evanston.
